Young Adult Bible Study

What have people been saying about the Young Adults Bible Study?  Here are the reactions from three people who are involved in the Young Adult Group!

“Most of our conversation centered around being challenged to reach out to our “Samaritans” both in evangelism and in normal conversation. “

” I enjoyed meeting a couple of new people and just chatting with everyone.”

“We all had a lot of fun! We look forward to many more, and seeing how God uses our group and develops it.”

All Young Adults are invited to an evening of Bible Study and Fellowship on Tuesdays, at 7:00PM.  The group will be meeting at the home of Ben & Jess Stultz.  For more information please contact: penny.vandellen@orlctosa.org

The Forge Senior High Youth Group

High school is a crucial time for students who face many positive and negative influences on a daily basis. The Forge Senior High ministry focuses on peer relationships, leadership skills and building one another up. We have several meeting and activity opportunities to encourage long-term, uplifting relationships among students while looking at God’s word to identify our role in the world. We also have service opportunities throughout the year to share Christ’s love by serving others. The Forge meets on Sunday mornings at 9:30 a.m. for Bible study and from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. on the second Sunday of each month for worship, Bible study and fun.

6:8 Junior High Youth Group

Micah 6:8 reminds us to be good to one another through justice, humility and mercy for others. Based on this Scripture, 6:8 Junior Youth is designed for students in grades 6 – 8 to regularly be in the Word, grow their relationship with Christ, and hang out with friends and have fun. The group meets on the third Friday of each month from September through May for Bible study, fellowship and fun.

DIG (Delighting in God) Children’s Ministry

Parents have the first and primary responsibility to train and nurture their children in the matters of faith and morality. Our children’s ministry strives to support parents in this endeavor by making disciples of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20). Our desire is for children age 3 through grade 6 to know God, serve Him and share their faith with others. DIG meets on Sunday mornings during 9:30 a.m. worship. Students begin in worship with their family, are dismissed to DIG. following the Children’s Message, and return to their family before the end of the service.
